Can my office continue working in Tally?
Yes. Mobile work runs alongside your office workflow. Reports use synced books, and supported entries pass through the connector’s import rules.
What entries can I prepare?
The app defines 13 entry types: sales, quotations, purchases, sales orders, purchase orders, receipts, payments, journals, contra entries, credit notes, debit notes, delivery notes, receipt notes. Availability depends on setup and permissions. Quotations remain in the app.
Is an entry saved on my phone already in Tally?
No. Draft, queued, released and confirmed import are different states. Check the entry status and connector result.
Can I view books offline?
You can review previously saved books offline. Fresh downloads, visits and connector operations require the appropriate connection. Offline behaviour depends on the workflow.
Are reminders sent automatically?
The app prepares reminders and opens supported phone apps. You review and send each message yourself.
Is team location tracked continuously?
No. Visit features capture foreground location when you check in or out, with permission.
How much does an additional user cost?
₹4,500 per year for each licensed user. Every account, including an admin, counts as one user.
Can I try it without my own books?
Yes. Open Try the demo to explore synthetic books and sample entries. It does not connect to your Tally installation.
Does the app use SMS OTP login?
The current app uses username/email and password. The website provides demo enquiries and guided onboarding; website OTP login is not active.
